Background                                                                  

Charm-Bin Hu, Ph.D., M.S. Tutor, graduated from National University of Defense Technology (NUDT) in 2014, majoring in Information and Communication Engineering, and received Ph.D. degree in Engineering.He was fully funded by Scholarship Council of China (Scholarship Council of China) to conduct research in polarized radar remote sensing information processing at University of Rennes I, France, from 2011 to 2013.Published more than 10 SCI papers in international journals.
