Background                                                                  

 Dr. Liu is currently an Associate Professor at College of Information Science and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He got his Bachelor degree in Microelectronics at Xidian University. He obtained his PhD degree in Electronic Science and Technology from the Institute of Microelectronics at Tsinghua University. After completing his Ph.D., he worked at CASIC. His main research areas are digital microfluidic chips and their key technologies, instrumentation and application research; advanced integrated circuit process integration, device modeling, and TCAD (Technology Computer-Aided Design) simulation and analysis research.
