Background                                                                  

Wei Hu, Associate Professor, Master Supervisor, Teacher of Department of Computer Science and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT), graduated from Tsinghua University in 2006 with a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Technology, and joined BUCT in 2008. Presided over more than 10 research projects and published more than 50 academic papers, including several conference papers in top journals, which have been cited more than 2500 times.

Areas of Research of Expertise

  • Artificial intelligence and media computing, specifically related to image analysis, face recognition, deep learning training strategies, intelligent music analysis and real-time 3D graphic drawing methods and other research issues.
