Background
Dr. Li is currently working at College of Information Science and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology. She received her Ph.D. degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, in 2017. She was a postdoctoral research fellow at Tsinghua University from 2017 to 2020.
