The College of Information Science and Technology offers 3 M.Sc. Programs in different areas including, Control Science and Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, and Software Engineering. The college also offers 2 M. Eng. Programs including, Control Engineering and Computer Technology.

    Since its establishment, the college has embarked on expansion and consolidation of its postgraduate programmes so as to meet national demands. At present, there are approximately 500 postgraduate students in the college from a wide range of backgrounds, and an extensive range of postgraduate study courses is provided.
