Microsystems and sensing technology innovation research team was established in 2017, and the team leader is Dr. Yu Duli. The team members include 2 experts, 3 technical backbones in MEMS / IC, 4 technical backbones in biomedical microsystems and wearable devices, more than 60 graduate students and 2 large experimental platforms. The team's main research interests are MEMS sensor signal processing ASIC chip (ASIC chip for MEMS sensor) and microfluidic, biomedical microsystems.

In line with the national "new engineering" education reform direction, the United College of mechatronics, life and chemical engineering applied to establish an interdisciplinary class of "intelligent sensing (MST) and systems". More than 3 postgraduates have been supported to attend international conferences. The key members of the team have won the first prize of the whole school teaching competition twice and the third prize of Beijing Youth education competition for frontier cross field courses
