Table tennis has a solid mass foundation as our national sport, which is also popular with us, the faculty of Collage of Information Science and Technology (CIST). In order to promote communication and increase motivation of exercise, in line with the concept of fitness and happy participant, the 5th table tennis match was held from October 26 to November 22 by the CIST branch of BUCT's labor union and achieved strongly support by school labor union.
The subjects mainly include men's singles, women's singles, and mixed doubles. Compared to the first three years, participants have a higher level, and it is worth mentioning that some newly-hired faculties join the game, which makes the match more wonderful. Besides, Teacher Jiang Zhiying burst into the semi-finals and brought a great game to watch. Finally, the men's championship and runner-up is achieved by the teacher Geng Zhiqiang and Liu Yong and women's championship and runner-up is achieved by the teacher He Suling and Wei Jiulin.
Everyone is striving on the court, and friendly communicates with each other during leisure time. This match not only enhances the fit but also promotes the communications between faculties. Though a one-month course was finished, the healthy and happy life attitude has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
