Abstract:Exoskeleton robot is a wearable robot for improve human mobility and rehabilitation outcomes, which combined the principles from mechanical engineering, control technology and biology. In this report, I will introduce some fundamental technologies of the exoskeleton robot, such as sensor, actuator and control system. I will also focus on the application cases of exoskeleton robots in rehabilitation training, including the neuro-rehabilitation, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and gait training. Finally, I will discuss with you about the prospects and the challenges of the exoskeleton robot in rehabilitation training, discuss how to promote the application to improve the quality of rehabilitation and our daily life.
