Abstract:

Many manufacturing processes contain characteristics of both continuous processes and batch processes. Processes that have both of these characteristics are called hybrid processes. This report will report on the recently completed National Key Research and Development Plan project - "Intelligent Decision-making and Control Technology for Polymer Product Hybrid Manufacturing Lines" under the special project of network collaborative manufacturing and intelligent factories, elaborating on the challenges of hybrid processes and the automation and intelligent achievements formed by the project.
